Maria Villanueva is a Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Health Coach. She is passionate about massage therapy and helping individuals improve their overall health and wellness. Her compassionate care and intuitive touch provide her clients with a transformative experience.

Sports Massage is one of her strengths and favorite modalities. For many years, she helped her own children rehabilitate and remain injury free while they actively participated in soccer, lacrosse, cross country, and track. In addition to Sports Massage, she is proficiently skilled in Circulatory Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Pregnancy Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. 

Maria loves the amazing benefits of the MACSL technique which integrates circulatory massage, sports massage, and lymphatic drainage massage. She feels extremely blessed to be part of a dynamic team that offers this highly specialized treatment to improve circulation, support the immune system, release toxins, lessen fatigue, reduce pain and inflammation, and increase lymph flow. Her goal is to help you feel better and attain a more optimal quality of life.
