Sylvia is an enthusiastic and highly skilled massage therapist with over 30 years of experience in the physical therapy field, specializing in advanced circulatory sports lymphatic therapy. Offering highly effective massage services for client's enhanced mobility, increased range of motion through the removal of toxins created by a suppressed lymphatic system. Sylvia has excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, massage modalities which help clients reduce lymphatic suppression, activate all fluid circulation, reduce stress and fatigue, reduce muscle spasms, drain toxins, improve muscle tone, boost immune system, prevent swelling, headaches/migraines, rehabilitate shoulder range of motion and decrease recovery time after cosmetic and reconstructive procedures such as: liposuction, tummy tuck, facial surgeries, lumpectomy, partial mastectomy, breast augmentation and reconstruction. Sylvia has vast experience in Sports Medicine rehabilitation, working with amateur and professional athletes.
